Terminally unemployed Danny Keith Martin apparently lost his trucking job one day. Seizing the opportunity for another grift, he grabbed one of his many cats and started a ‘Go Fund Me’ with a goal of $5k. His pitch was that his Unemployment Benefits wouldn’t kick in for a few weeks and he was destitute and in dire need of assistance.
That premise falls flat when it was revealed Martin lives on a welfare disability amounting to $900 per month. If he WAS working, it was under the table and a welfare fraud.
How this scam turned out for Danny Keith Martin isn’t clear. This grift is one of a series of his begging operations. Another of his angles is being unable to work because of having a disability as a result of smoke inhalation. The truth of that is anybody’s guess. Driving a truck doesn’t seem particulary strenuous.

At one point Martin created a video and said he didn’t want to work for anybody any more. Some people are incapable of self-respect or shame and Danny Keith Martin is surely one of those.
